Blaire Stanislao’s life took a profound turn in 2013 when her husband’s sudden passing shattered her world. The emotional devastation manifested physically—sleepless nights, an almost non-existent appetite, an inability to digest food, rising blood pressure, and chronic pain she had long ignored.
As a former collegiate volleyball player, she had been attuned to her body but was now forced to confront a much deeper healing. With 90-95% of her social support gone and her health in rapid decline, she knew life had to be more than just survival. Through it all, an unshakable feeling persisted—something about the world’s version of truth felt off. The answers she needed weren’t out there; she had to find them within. Widowhood redirected her path from public school teaching to energy work, leading her to embrace holistic and spiritual healing.
What began as a personal necessity soon became a calling. In 2018, she took her first Reiki training, unlocking a world that provided the language, community, and understanding she had been unconsciously seeking. Over the next seven years, she pursued extensive training and is now a Karuna/Holy Fire III® Reiki Master, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Practitioner, Channeler, Astrologer, and Aisling Dream Interpreter. Today,
Blaire is dedicated to helping others realize that healing and self-sovereignty are within everyone’s reach. She leads Elevate, Me. Now! and the Consortium of Ease Project, two communities focused on transformation, empowerment, and co-creating a life of ease.
